2. Practice & Health Advisory

Pilates and mindful movement involve physical exercise. Before beginning any wellness or fitness regimen, you are strongly advised to consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider. You practise voluntarily at your own pace and discretion.

3. Access & Account Security

Account credentials are personal to the registered member. Creating an account provides access to complimentary sessions. Paid programmes and collections require manual review and access approval by studio administrators.

4. Content Ownership

All video sessions, instructional audio, outlines, and studio media provided through this portal are the intellectual property of Feminique. Unauthorized recording, downloading, redistribution, or public display is prohibited.
